🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship within the United States. Shipping costs are a set price based on cost of supplies and average shipping of 1lb. We will cover the extra cost of shipping after. May change and or update depending on shipping costs. $5 per item. We can ship up to 1lb of jewelry.
Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey. Please verify you have an email attached to your account if you have not gotten an update.
🔒 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at mytigeressence@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and or support you in the next steps.
